St. Oscar Romero Parish

We took a very small residential style existing church kitchen with limited capabilities and transformed it into what the operator called “the dream kitchen”. We added a 12’ x 16’ room extension, framed it out, constructed the walls, performed all plumbing and electric, installed a new floor and ceiling, gave them a walk-in cooler/freezer, commercial exhaust hood with welded ductwork, makeup air and fire suppression, and all the equipment needed to produce and serve mass amounts of food. They even got a combi-oven which became the workhorse in the kitchen. The church is now able to rent the hall for weddings and other social functions as well as generate more revenues for all other charitable missions. From the original design phase to handing over the keys to the new car, it took us only three months. Topping it off, a local news channel proclaimed this to be “The best fish fry in the area”.
