A corporate cafeteria, catering kitchen and main kitchen located on the 12th and 13th floors of a downtown Pittsburgh high-rise. This job had many challenges including getting the equipment 13 floors up using elevators, hoists and a crane. LEED Certified cabinet bases were built from recycled plywoods, glues and laminates. The colors and materials scheme is reminiscent of Pittsburgh’s “Steel City” fame.
