The Heritage Palms Country Club project transformed a small existing building into a brand-new member dining and amenity space, increasing the overall footprint by nearly 80%.
The project included a large commercial kitchen built to support an additional casual dining restaurant, featuring conveyor pizza ovens, a charbroiler and griddle, four fryers, spacious walk-in cooler and freezer space, and a dedicated beer cooler.
The new restaurant offers a more open, inviting experience with expansive outdoor seating overlooking the golf course and Southwest Florida scenery. Additional member amenities included bocce courts, a resort-style pool, a convenient halfway house food station for golfers, and two bar areas, including a four-sided covered outdoor bar with ample seating and large TVs.
The response from Heritage Palms members has been extremely positive, with strong participation and increased sales without taking business away from the main clubhouse dining facility.
