They had a really old, antiquated, stainless steel serving line behind a wall that supported very limited food choices and slowed down service to the point of not enough time for students to eat their meals. And it was super ugly too.
We designed them a highly effective line with four service points, totally visible, incorporating bright colors with durable stone tops, raised front panels with recessed lighting and custom front school logos, both self-serve and served hot and cold items, thus improving their throughput with much more customer satisfaction. Participation went way up.
Not a bad deal at all!
