Camp Margaritaville RV Resort…..yes, part of THAT organization….. in Auburndale FL is located on beautiful Lake Myrtle between Tampa and Orlando, with easy access to everything Florida and it’s most sought after attractions. Situated on 66 acres and boasting 325 RV sites along with 75 Cabana cabins, made for a lot of mouths to feed and a huge need for a banquet production kitchen and a full service bar, attached to the Paradise Pavilion conference facility. They now serve hundreds at a time keeping the “No worries vibe” going with great music, good eats (with a little rum for the adults) and a vacation state of mind. Check out the heavy duty cooking equipment needed to get the job done. Note the double deck combi-oven that steams, bakes, roasts and most importantly, does it all at once to produce the best tasting, moistest and nicest looking, most succulent food possible – and in record time. The tilting skillet can perform as a griddle or a kettle or a steamer or a bain marie. Rounding out the cooking are a double deck convection oven, griddle, charbroiler, and open burners.
