Catering kitchen designed to accept hot and cold prepared foods from an outside caterer, roll-in refrigeration for efficient handling of foods, room for plating and serving using commercial china and waited service. Beverage and coffee service, full warewashing of china/glass/silver and limited general storage round out the kitchen facility. A lot to fit into a small space! Not shown: a complete dining hall with seating for 250 and a full service bar.
